Stop of Cigarettes !

Many people were addicted with the cigarettes even they are know what are the impacts of it. Many bad impacts such as heart attack, cancer, etc.
actually you can stopped without any medicine and natural ways.

Well, the first thing you need is spirit and effort. Research in psychology tells us that you're more likely to quit smoking if you know very well the effects of smoking to health and believe the benefits of quitting outweigh the benefits of continued smoking. If you had the effort to stop to smoke than everything are just fine. Many people are failed because they cant maintain their spirit to stop smoking.

The second thing is you need some refreshing and go away from people who smoke around you, because usually people are interested to smoke again because they see their friends or people are smoking. so, go away from them.

The Third is Once you make the decision to stop, be prepared to choose a date to quit smoking. This is a very important step. Choose a specific day as "A Special Day for Not Smoking". For example, you can set a stop date 2 to 4 weeks from now so you will have time to get ready.

The fourth is Get support and encouragement
You have a better chance for success if you are getting help. Tell family, friends and coworkers that you will quit smoking. Ask them not to smoke around you.


The fifth is 5. Keep trying and do not easily give up
Do not be discouraged if you start smoking again. Remember, most people try several times before
